Shipping will be combined for multiple purchases.

UK Parcels

• Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

International Parcels

• Sent Tracked and Signed for security.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
• I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please be patient if your parcel takes longer to arrive—it may be held up at customs, delayed due to bad weather, or affected by busy periods like Christmas.

Delivery Information

Once your order has been marked as “Delivered,” I’m unable to offer a refund if it’s been misplaced or stolen. If you have trouble locating your parcel, I recommend checking with your neighbours or local delivery office as they may be able to help.

Europe and Northern Island

For over 20 years, I’ve been sending my handmade designs across Europe, sharing my creations far and wide. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland and Europe due to new post-Brexit regulations, which require businesses to have a fiscal representative in the EU to manage customs and VAT under the Generalised Product Reporting System (GPRS). These changes have created challenges for small businesses like mine to navigate international shipping.
